Pastor Williamson has been pastor at St. John since March 2020, (perhaps an unfortunate time to begin at any church) during the start of the covid pandemic. In that time, St. John has been recovering under his care from the year of pandemic but at the same time has been blessed with a renewed children's ministry and an additional worship service. Pastor seeks to have his life point to Christ and his great work.
He is married to his beautiful wife, Sarah, who is his sounding board. He has three Children, Levi (6) Emily (4) and Hazel (1) who keep both him and Sarah busy. Pastor hopes that, like him, his children will grow up in the faith and point to Christ in all things they do. Pastor Williamson is passionate about Music, teaching the young to be disciples, preaching, and Formula 1 Racing. Colby is currently a junior at Lamar University Beaumont and his working on finishing his Bachelor of Arts in Music by Spring 2024. He is also getting a Certification in Parish Music through Concordia University Online and is interested into going into pastoral ministry in his future.
As Worship Arts Director, he is currently overseeing all of the music for the Contemporary Service as well as coordinating the rehearsals and leading the services as Worship Leader. He is also branching into the more 'traditional' form of music by finding ways to incorporate Brass ensembles into the traditional service. As Youth Director, Colby is taking the Youth in a much more modern direction. Because of his younger age, he is able to relate to the High School Youth in an organic way, being not far removed from High School. Colby knows what it means to be a devoted Christian in a world that is not built upon God's Word and Love. |

Janet has served in her role at St. John for 11 years. Her service to St. John is an invaluable asset in assisting the staff and the congregation with the operation of the church. She assists with scheduling and the creation of worship materials, among other things.
Janet is wholeheartedly devoted to her family. her servant heart is apparent in her care and compassion for her family members in need. She has 4 children whom are all raised and successful as adults. She also enjoys cooking and gardening as well as travel. |
